While exploring existing corporate diversity programs, we identified common challenges in implementation, engagement, and achieving lasting change. During the research phase, we conducted in‑depth interviews and examined these programs closely, uncovering ways to address the issues with a more effective and sustainable approach.

Dive&Co is a B2B platform designed to educate, inspire, and drive diversity and inclusion within organizations. Bringing multiple approaches together in a single app, it offers easy updates, low implementation costs, and engaging gamification features — empowering companies to foster real transformation.
